last level.. ugh

Spent a few hours on just the last level. Kept trying to block the bad guy in the corner with 2 boxes, so that he can't come back and push the 3rd box off the other switch, but I don't think it's possible. The stairs making it a single lane don't help when a box is at the bottom of the stairs. Tried just going through the gate really quick, but it doesn't take the box with me. For the love of the flying spaghetti monster, help!

Otherwise, good game. Kept me glued to the screen. I like the theme, and the fact that Halloween is coming up helps because I'm in the mood! The music was good. The graphics could be a bit better or at least more consistent. It looks like you tried at fake 3d, but Hector can be hidden sometimes, and it's easy to misjudge. For example, when walking horizontally on the correct path, it looks like he's half a lane higher. Sometimes it seems like he takes an extra step, which killed me a bunch of times!

Nice game

Its a nice game. I had to use the "tab" cheat to get the lighter though.

Nice game

I enjoyed the game a lot, and look forward to new levels. You have a good imagination and a sense of puzzles. That coupled with nicely done artwork, and you have a winner!

Thanks, that was a thoughtful review.

It could be great...

It could be great if you had any sense of style and design. Redo all the menus and the related redundancy. It looks like something my mom could put together on Geocities. The menus were ugly and difficult to make sense of. Have normal button configurations, as in use the arrow keys to move. Why was there an extra click to "accept", after reading something that has nothing to do with making us decide which to choose. Stuff like that...

Needs work

Learn how to make buttons. Put a rectangle with alpha 0% behind the word on each button. If hard to click buttons was your intention, then why?

Love these types of games

I like games like this. Sort of like that one series where you have to escape from a room, crimson room, by looking for clues. Everything was great about this game. Graphics were nicely drawn, and voice acting was some of the best I've heard in a Flash movie. The place of work for Nani was a nice touch. Only thing that bugged me was the controls were a little buggy. When moving the mouse around, sometimes it would turn into a text highlight tool. If you're going to disable tabs, might as well disable the hover effect too, or be consistent somehow. Dragging the image doesn't always work either. I'd just make it so clicking does the job, or he automatically shows. But overall the game was really good, and getting through it was satisifying.

Cursor effects have never been so fun!

In the groups where I learned flash, cursor effects were considered really cheesy. But some of these are really good. You've got a lot of math involved in there. I dunno if you just joined a bunch of source code and tutorials, or you actually coded all of them yourself, but it is a really nice compilation. I can see lots of applications for some of the effects, not just following your mouse. Could be a good primer at randomly generating enemies in a game, or creating fire/smoke effects from a rocket, and such. That is if you released the source! Too bad you didn't have an effect during the load screen ;)

Game Over, I mean You Win!

Game Over, I mean You Win! lol. that was the best part.

some improvements

the game is good and challenging. there is a problem, the ship got stuck on the landing pad where i pick up the battery. perhaps there is a bug if you land on the corner of the pad? also, it'd be great if the game zoomed out when you are far away from the planet.

extreme jailbait lover

girls who dress and act like that, you know whats on their mind and what type of person they are. they probably have more sexual experience than the average person looking at them. so.. whats so wrong about it if they are the ones corrupting us?! olsen twins *drool*

I know what I want in life, but I find myself constantly having to make backup plans. We'll see.
